Description

Abécédaire Tote Kit - design by LOTTEM Design.

Model has been stitched using three strands of cotton/ floss over two linen threads.

The finished size of the tote when made-up is approximately 43cm high x 40cm wide.

The Abécédaire Kit contains:

Charted original cross stitch design for front and back of the Tote (Please note: the alphabet is not complete, and some letters are stitched out of order) The design was inspired by an antique French sampler, the placement of the letters and spacing reflects the naive and often quirky nature of schoolgirl samplers
Natural 18/ 20 count linen to stitch the front and back of the tote
Natural linen banding for the handles
DMC stranded cotton
Bohin #22 Tapestry Needle
Choice of tote lining fabrics from French General or Dutch Heritage
Complete instructions to stitch and make-up the tote

Please note:
This is not a pre-made item, you will require a sewing machine to make-up your tote and some basic sewing knowledge.
