In Kinoko, each player secretly draws a color card corresponding to a family of mushrooms (musicians, scientists...) and gets a hand of 3 mushroom cards.
Upon their turn, players roll the 3 dice and choose one of them.
The result of that dice (a number or an icon) determines their action: exchange two cards, swap two sets of cards, pick at any card secretly, etc.
To win the round, you must be the first player to gather the 3 members of your family upon your turn. The reunion can happen in any player's hand or on the table. The winner scores points. The first player to reach 4 points wins.
Seems easy? The trick is you can only see the other players' cards and your decisions will be limited by rolling the dice.
More, each round, one family of mushroom turns to be poisonous. Having a card of that color in your hand when the round stops will bring you a negative point...
Have fun at mushroom picking!
