Metallic Seal Up is a scientific treated liquid glass (sodium silicate) sealer enhanced with copper that can be used to:

Metallic Seal Up can withstand temperatures of 538oC.
Metallic Seal Up can repair holes in engine cooling systems with a diameter of up to 30 thousandths of an inch.
Metallic Seal Up can repair cracks in engine cooling systems with a diameter of 15 thousandths of an inch - any length.
Metallic Seal Up can withstand pressures of up to 3,000 pounds per square inch.
Metallic Seal Up is NOT compatible with Glycol products. These must be removed before using Metallic Seal Up.
Seal-Up – The world’s best-selling permanent block sealer – contains pure copper to seal any or “all kinds” of leaks in radiators, engine blocks, cylinder heads, head gaskets and even industrial cooling systems. Seal-Up forms a permanent copper-ceramic seal that can withstand temperatures of 500 degrees C and pressures of 300 PSI. Our specially formulated product contains copper for its great strengthening properties. It also transfers the heat across the crack so you don’t get any hot spots.
SEAL- UP INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: SEAL – UP WILL CLOG COOLING SYSTEM IF ANTIFREEZE IS PRESENT.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Drain and flush cooling system.
2. Fill radiator with water, replace radiator cap, idle engine until normal operating temperature is achieved.
3. With engine running, carefully remove radiator cap and add water to cover radiator core.
4. Shake SEAL – UP and pour into radiator. (Pour into cooling system only.)
5. Replace radiator cap and idle until leak stops (20 minutes minimum).
6. Stop engine, carefully remove radiator cap and open drain plugs.
7. Allow engine to sit for 12 hours (minimum 4 hours).
8. Flush remainder of SEAL – UP and water from engine.
9. Refill cooling system with proper mixture of water and coolant.
