Black Iron-on Transfer Pen with a felt tip. Makes permanent transfers for ironing onto T-shirts etc. For use with Tracing Paper Pad (2101) or Roll (2103). After tracing design with Transfer Pen, simply turn over paper and iron-on design onto garment, non-woven, canvas and many other surfaces. Makes multiple copies.
