Questions (2)
Do these shafts come with pins? The last set I bought from a retail shop had pins with them. Also, are you able to cut an exact shaft length. I want to match the ones I have at 27+9/16". With pins and nocks it comes to 28". 27.5 would be a smidge too short.

Which Carbon Express Medallion XR Shafts should I be looking at? I have a 30lb 70" recurve with a 31" draw.

It depends on your bow. 30# is not 30#. A fast 30# bow is very different to a slow 30# bow. The Chart recommends 600. However I guess your bow is slow so I would try 700 on the first attempt but don't be surprised if you you need 800. I shoot 800 with 34# 28.5"
