Part# HV8-VNCPlain-BB5 - Holden 235 and 308 V8 complete engine direct replacement bolt kit for the late VN style heads with the long centre positioned valve cover bolts. This hex head bolt kit is from our range of high tensile carbon steel black bolts put together as a direct replacement bolt kit. However the bolts supplied to do the rocker covers and oil sump are zinc coated socket caps, these are the bolts that have the Allen Key hex type slot in a round headed bolt with a gnarled outer edge. This kit is for those who are on a budget and are going to paint the whole engine once assembled and or may have lost bolts, or are reconditioning an old engine that has rusted bolts and want to start with new quality bolts to make the rebuild easier.

This custom bolt kit will suit all carburetor Holden V8 engines. This complete engine bolt kit comes with all the bolts required to do the complete outer engine apart from the engine accessories like alternator and power steering pump brackets etc due to the variation in different models.  This engine black bolt kit will do the inlet manifold, distributor, timing cover, water pump, Exhaust manifolds or Headers, oil pan, fuel pump and oil pump and a standard VN style rocker covers.

This kit does not contain the head bolts. We recomemnd using ARP brand head bolts or studs.
